ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

No. Payments are made in advance for every course. There are no contracts – you shouldn’t need to sign a contract when trying to be healthy and do the right thing…Therefore it is a one-time payment. Note: Clients who pay will get a guaranteed booking, clients who do not will not be able to confirm their space in the course.

DO YOU WORK WITH MEN?

Yes, I work with all people.

ARE YOU A MEDICAL PROFFESIONAL?

No, I am not a medical professional. Any content shared is shared for informational purposes only, and is not intended as medical advice.

This service is about reviewing your routine and helping you choose the Yoga routine that suits you.

As this is a service that requires you to mindfully follow the guidance given while also listening to your body, results are not guaranteed.

Studio Classes only have the best outcome when self-discipline, consistent commitment and positive mind-set are in place.

ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?

No refunds are available.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY DIET?

No, I do not tell people what to eat. It would be irresponsible of me to mislead you in a field that I am not fully qualified in.

DO YOU PROVIDE EQUIPMENT?

No. We do not share equipment in the studio – hygiene is of the utmost importance. Therefore you are required to bring your own mat and equipment to class – check out SHOP YOGA EQUIPMENT for props.
